A Fateful Night in San Diego

On the evening of March 29, 2002, the tranquility of San Diego's 4600 block of Hartley Street was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Residents, startled by the commotion, quickly alerted authorities. Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Linzy Pierson, known to friends and family as "Bugsy," lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
