Tragic Loss of a Promising Young Life

On the evening of January 13, 2016, the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by the tragic death of 15-year-old Tyler Russell. Tyler was fatally shot around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of 20th and Market Streets while walking home from basketball practice.
