A Tragic Halloween Night

On the evening of October 31, 2010, Halloween festivities in Long Beach, California, were shattered by a tragic event. At approximately 9:40 p.m., the Long Beach Police Department responded to a "shots fired" call in the 2300 block of Delta Avenue, a residential area adjacent to Garfield Elementary School. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Dennis Seagraves suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.
