A Tragic Night in Savannah

On the night of November 18, 2014, a sense of normalcy enveloped the Hampstead Oaks Apartments in Savannah, Georgia. Families were settling in, and the quiet hum of evening routines filled the air. Inside apartment 204D, two-year-old Kiaja "KiKi" Smalls was peacefully asleep on the living room sofa, unaware of the impending danger.
