The Tragic Day

On the afternoon of April 26, 2017, the tranquility of Louisville's Shawnee neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 3:02 p.m., Ashton was fatally shot in the 4100 block of West Broadway, a location not far from his residence on Cecil Avenue.
