On December 30, 2017, 25-year-old Kenneth Franklin Jr. was tragically killed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Kenneth, affectionately known as "Lil Kenny" or "Stanka," was a beloved member of his community. Described by those who knew him as silly, fun, lovable, and very family-oriented, he was a father and a graduate of Job Corps in Carville.
