A Tragic Morning in San Bernardino

On the morning of March 3, 2016, the city of San Bernardino was shaken by a senseless act of violence. At approximately 8:30 a.m., 34-year-old Gilbert Jaramillo was riding his bicycle near the intersection of Colorado and Lincoln Avenues when he was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting.
