A Tragic Afternoon in East Oakland

On the afternoon of August 9, 2016, the tranquility of East Oakland was shattered by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 3:09 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 7400 block of Fresno Street, near 73rd Avenue.
