The Life of Cedric Duncan

Cedric Duncan was a 23-year-old man whose life was tragically cut short. He was a father to a daughter named Nia Duncan and had previously endured the heartbreak of losing a son, Cedric Duncan Jr. His mother, Betty Thornton, along with Victoria Duncan, and his siblings, were left to grapple with the immense void his passing created. 

The Fateful Day: September 17, 2006

On September 17, 2006, the Louisville Metro Police Department responded to a distressing scene at 604 E Kentucky Street. There, they discovered Cedric Duncan, who had been fatally wounded. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Cedric succumbed to his injuries at University Hospital. 

Investigation and Challenges

In the aftermath of Cedric's death, law enforcement initiated a comprehensive investigation.
