On January 26, 2017, just two days after celebrating his 18th birthday, Victortadao Maurice Hobbs was tragically shot and killed in Jacksonville's Southside Estates neighborhood. Latasha Hobbs, Maurice's mother, vividly recalls the joyous moments leading up to the tragedy. "Just two days prior to Jan. 26, we celebrated my Reese’s 18th birthday.
