A Tragic Evening in Lake City

On the evening of August 24, 2014, the tranquility of Lake City, Georgia, was shattered by a violent act that remains unresolved to this day. At approximately 9:40 PM, the Lake City Police Department received a distress call from the Rainwood Apartments, located at 1885 Harper Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 22-year-old Kadarius "KD" Bailey lifeless on the stairs outside Building 19.
