A Tragic Morning in Old Louisville

In the early hours of October 18, 2016, the tranquility of Old Louisville was shattered by a violent act that remains unresolved. At approximately 6:30 a.m., 46-year-old Kennith "Kenny" Belt was fatally shot in the parking lot of a PNC Bank located at 4th and Oak Streets.
