The Initial Disappearance

In late November 2021, the family of 41-year-old Keysha Preston became alarmed when they couldn't reach her during the Thanksgiving holiday—a time she typically spent with loved ones. Her mother, Sheryl Blakes, expected Keysha to join them for dinner at their northeast Houston home, but she never arrived. Five days later, on November 29, her son reported her missing, noting that it was unusual for her not to return calls or messages. 

Investigation Uncovers Disturbing Evidence

The Houston Police Department initiated an investigation into Keysha's disappearance, which quickly revealed troubling details. Surveillance footage from the Motel King on Laura Koppe Road showed Keysha and her ex-husband, 47-year-old Sean Dacko Preston, entering room 120 together on November 24. Notably, Keysha was never seen exiting the room.
