A Fateful Night in Denver

In the early hours of August 12, 2015, the quiet of Denver's streets was shattered by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 2:57 a.m., officers from the Denver Police Department responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of 22nd and Stout Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Derrick Donshaya Wilford suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
