The Fateful Night

At approximately 1 a.m., Latrell was walking on the sidewalk in the 200 block of North Kostner Avenue. Without warning, gunshots rang out, and Latrell was struck in the head. He was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:10 a.m. The crime scene extended from West End to Maypole, with a pool of blood marking the spot where Latrell fell.
