A Routine Day Turns Deadly

On October 21, 2017, a typical Saturday afternoon in Phoenix's Sunnyslope area took a tragic turn. Mikhail Y. Khachaturov, a 56-year-old clerk, was attending to his duties at a local "We Buy Gold" store near 7th Street and Dunlap Avenue.
