Residents noticed an unfamiliar white passenger car idling in the alley just east of Arrowhead Park. Initially, they assumed it belonged to a neighbor. However, as time passed and the vehicle remained stationary, curiosity turned to concern. Upon closer inspection, they discovered the lifeless body of 25-year-old Jarrod Michael Warring inside the car, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound.
