A devoted father of two young sons, aged three years and three months, Cedric was known for his dedication to his family and his steady employment. The Fatal Incident

While stopped at the intersection of Gettysburg and Cedar, Cedric's vehicle was ambushed. Multiple gunshots were fired into the car, striking both Cedric and his passenger, Christopher Manley.
