The Fateful Day at Sea

On Thursday, October 9, 2008, fifty-year-old Bruce Robert Weaver set out for a routine fishing trip alongside five companions. They launched from the Indian River Inlet near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The day turned harrowing when their vessel was caught off guard by a large wave near the Delaware Bay buoy.
