A Life Interrupted: The Disappearance of Shacaiah 'Blue' Harding

On July 23, 2018, 19-year-old Shacaiah Blue Harding was last seen walking along Buena Vista Drive in Billings, Montana. Known affectionately as "Blue," Shacaiah was a member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and had been navigating a challenging period in her life, marked by struggles with addiction and mental health issues.
