Introduction to the Case

On February 20, 2021, Sean Regan, a 63-year-old resident of Washington D.C., vanished without a trace. His last known location was the 4300 block of Jay Street, Northeast. The Metropolitan Police Department has since sought public assistance in locating him. Despite their efforts, Sean's whereabouts remain unknown, leaving his family and the community in distress. 
