On October 23, 2002, Phoenix, Arizona, became the epicenter of a perplexing missing persons case. William "Bill" Andre Davcev, a 52-year-old resident, was last seen in the vicinity of 43rd Avenue and Garden Drive. Originally from the former Yugoslavia, William Andre Davcev relocated to the United States shortly before his disappearance. Standing at 5'8" and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Bill had brown hair and eyes. Distinctive tattoos adorned his body: the numbers "007" on his left thumb, a muscle man on his right thigh, and an airplane on his inner left arm. A small scar marked his right cheek.
