Born on January 14, 1958, Patricia was a 34-year-old woman at the time of her disappearance. She was employed at a home for the elderly in Corvallis, where she was last seen by a coworker leaving to use a pay phone. Described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing between 110 to 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, Patricia had distinctive tattoos: an eagle on her left shoulder blade, the names "Jeff" and "Dan" on her ankles, and the phrase "love hurts" across her knuckles.
