Seferino Garcia Ybarra, affectionately known by his nicknames "Pete" or "Petey," was a 65-year-old resident of Austin, Texas, when he disappeared in July 2020. A United States veteran diagnosed with prostate cancer, Seferino's sudden absence has left his family and the community searching for answers. 

Background and Personal Life

Seferino lived in an apartment in Austin but had to vacate due to financial constraints. He was known to frequent the VA clinic in the Austin area for medical care related to his cancer diagnosis.
