Background

Ramona, affectionately known as "Mona," was born on August 14, 1981. At the time of her disappearance, she was a 19-year-old mother to an infant child. Standing at 5'3" and weighing approximately 125 pounds, Ramona had blonde hair, which she had dyed burgundy and black, and blue eyes.
