On October 3, 2003, 59-year-old Robert Bernard Canuelle and his companion, 25-year-old Muna Mahamud Haji, embarked on a boating excursion from the VIP Marina on Lake Travis, Texas. Tragically, this outing would mark their last known whereabouts, leading to a perplexing mystery that remains unsolved to this day. 

The Fateful Day on Lake Travis

Canuelle and Haji were last observed together aboard a boat near the VIP Marina. Subsequently, the vessel was discovered unanchored and vacant in the Cottonwood Cove area of Lake Travis, close to Lago Vista.
