The Events of That Fateful Day

At approximately 10:35 a.m., Malik was walking along the 4200 block of West Washington Boulevard when he was approached by a group of individuals. Without warning, they opened fire, prompting Malik to flee through a nearby vacant lot. Tragically, the assailants pursued him to the 4200 block of West West End Avenue, where they shot him multiple times in the abdomen.
