A Community Shaken by Violence

In early November 2015, Jacksonville, Florida, was rocked by a violent incident that left two young men dead and three others injured. The drive-by shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. on Ella Street, near Kings Road, an area familiar to many residents. The immediate aftermath saw the loss of 18-year-old Anthony Ray, whose body was discovered in a ditch along West 10th Street. The following day, as the community grappled with the tragedy, authorities uncovered a second body, that of 19-year-old Trayvon Deshay Lundy, in the same vicinity. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) indicated that heavy rainfall during the initial investigation may have concealed Lundy's body, delaying its discovery.

The Incident Unfolds

According to reports, the shooting stemmed from an argument between the victims and individuals in a passing vehicle. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a red Toyota Camry with a distinctive blue front passenger door. Despite the presence of multiple victims and witnesses, details about the assailants remained scarce.
