Lisa Marie Wallace Geise, born on December 18, 1962, in Florida, was a 26-year-old woman with a petite build and brown hair. She wore contact lenses and had pierced ears. After graduating from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a degree in Accounting Information Systems, Lisa relocated to Gwinnett County, Georgia, approximately a year before her disappearance. She secured a position as a computer programmer at Larson-Juhl, a well-established manufacturer and distributor of custom picture frames, located at 4320 International Boulevard in the Gwinnett Business Park in Norcross. On Sunday, February 26, 1989, Lisa had the day off but chose to go to her workplace to run inventory—a task she wanted to complete before the start of the workweek.
