Born on February 2, 1984, Nina Brenda Herron was a 21-year-old Hispanic woman at the time of her disappearance. Standing at 5 feet 2 inches and weighing approximately 107 pounds, Nina was known for her brown hair and eyes. Distinctive features included a surgical scar on the right side of her head and several tattoos: the initials "N.H." on her left middle finger, three dots above her left thumb, and an unfinished animated character with a bunny face and female body on her left calf.
