A Tragic Discovery in Ortega Bluff
On June 29, 2011, the tranquil neighborhood of Ortega Bluff in Jacksonville, Florida, was shattered by a gruesome discovery. Inside a modest brick home on Bristol Bay Court, the lifeless bodies of John Ragin Jr., 33, and his stepbrother, Eric Stubbs, 36, were found lying face down in the living room, both having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
Lives Cut Short
John Ragin had relocated from South Carolina to Jacksonville, frequently traveling between the two states. He shared the residence with a roommate who was out of town at the time of the incident.
