On May 22, 2017, the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on Chicago's South Side was shaken by the tragic death of 24-year-old Antoine D. Alexander. Known for his engaging personality and creative talents, Antoine's life was abruptly ended, leaving a void in the community that knew and loved him.

The Fateful Morning

It was around 11:27 a.m. when Antoine was seated in a vehicle near his residence in the 8400 block of South Hermitage Avenue.
