On the evening of August 22, 2016, the tranquility of Savannah, Georgia, was shattered by a tragic event. Audrea Michell Lambert Marks, a 33-year-old mother and homemaker, was found fatally shot in the backyard of her residence on Northbrook Road. The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department (SCMPD) responded to the scene around 10 p.m., initiating an investigation into what would become a perplexing unsolved murder case.

A Loving Mother and Homemaker

Audrea was a native of Bainbridge, Georgia, and had made Savannah her home for over three years. Known for her love of music and shopping, she was deeply devoted to her children.
