Introduction

On June 21, 2014, the Roseland neighborhood on Chicago's far South Side was shaken by the tragic death of 15-year-old Dekarlos "Karlos" Scott. As of today, March 2, 2025, this case remains unsolved, leaving a void in the community and a family yearning for answers. 
