The Night of the Incident

At approximately 12:44 a.m., authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 5600 block of South Artesian Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Devonte Terry unresponsive, having suffered a gunshot wound to the back. The young man was pronounced dead at the scene, just steps away from his residence in the same block.
