Around 4:30 a.m., Gregory Bady found himself at a gas station located at the intersection of Laramie and Jackson in Chicago's Austin neighborhood. An argument ensued between Bady and another individual, escalating rapidly and culminating in gunfire. Bady was shot multiple times during this confrontation.
