A Routine Fare Turns Tragic

On the night of April 27, 1992, Jackson Jones, a dedicated driver for Yellow Cab, received a dispatch to pick up a passenger at 4560 60th Street, apartment #6, in San Diego. The Grim Discovery

Approximately thirty minutes after Jones was dispatched, a concerned citizen approached a police officer. The individual reported seeing a taxi cab driver slumped over the steering wheel at 4100 Colts Way, a location not far from Jones's intended destination.
