A Tragic Evening in Southeast Washington, D.C.

On the evening of November 22, 2016, the tranquility of the 3300 block of 22nd Street, SE, in Washington, D.C., was shattered by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 8:39 p.m., 26-year-old Marquett J. Tyler was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds.
