Introduction

On the night of July 14, 2003, the tranquility of Washington, D.C.'s Atlantic Street SE was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Maurice "Moe Dob" Dobson, a 41-year-old resident, was found fatally wounded in his apartment. Despite the passage of over two decades, his murder remains unsolved, leaving a void in the hearts of his loved ones and the community.

The Night of the Crime

At approximately 11:30 PM, Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a shooting report at 22 Atlantic Street SE, Apartment #2.
