The Fateful Night: A Routine Stop Turns Deadly

In the early hours of that November morning, Officer Tatman radioed dispatch at approximately 1:05 a.m., indicating he was initiating a traffic stop at West Church Street near Mattis Avenue. Notably, he did not provide a description of the vehicle or its license plate number.
