A Tragic Evening in Wilmington

On the evening of March 23, 2003, at approximately 8:55 p.m., Wilmington Police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Spruce Street following reports of a shooting incident. Upon arrival, officers discovered 18-year-old Phillip Woody suffering from gunshot wounds.
