The Night of the Incident
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on January 20, 2020, Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2600 block of West Broadway, specifically at Dino's Foodmart. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals inside a vehicle parked in the food mart's parking lot. Robert Mullen was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
