Born on November 14, 1970, in Tacoma, Washington, Sharalyn Mavonne Murphy was a vibrant young woman with a passion for singing and painting. She shared a special bond with her younger sister, often taking on a nurturing role within her family. Sharalyn's talents shone brightly when she won a church singing competition with her heartfelt rendition of Amy Grant's "Father's Eyes." Her dedication extended beyond her artistic pursuits; she was a diligent worker and a student at a cosmetology school in Washington. The Mysterious Disappearance

In September 1994, at the age of 23, Sharalyn was striving to overcome personal challenges, including drug addiction.
