Introduction: A Life Cut Short

On April 27, 2020, the city of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by the tragic murder of 23-year-old Stefon Fletcher. Described as a young Black male with a promising future, Stefon's life was abruptly ended at 5004 Runic Way.
