On Sunday, July 25, 2004, at approximately 5:15 a.m., the tranquility of Washington, D.C.'s 1300 block of New York Avenue, NE, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Terron Corum, a resident of the area, was found fatally shot while seated in his vehicle. The circumstances surrounding his death remain a mystery, leaving his family and the community searching for answers.

The Immediate Aftermath and Investigation
