The Fateful Evening

At approximately 8:30 p.m., Tyris was walking in the 4900 block of South Drexel Boulevard, a place he called home. As he made his way down the street, a white SUV approached. The front passenger exited the vehicle, produced a handgun, and fired multiple shots at Tyris.
