On March 17, 2016, the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago was shaken by a tragic incident that claimed the life of 16-year-old Lucas Spicer. The Fateful Evening

At approximately 7:12 p.m., Lucas stood on the sidewalk in the 800 block of North St. Louis Avenue alongside two other young men. A light-colored vehicle approached, and an unidentified male exited, opening fire on the group.
