Charles David Miller, affectionately known as "Chuck," was a recognizable figure in Orlando, Florida, particularly along the bustling Orange Blossom Trail. Born on September 4, 1961, Miller stood at 5 feet 8 inches and weighed approximately 165 pounds. He was often seen wearing a Hawaiian shirt adorned with palm tree prints and carrying his cherished trumpet.
