Discovery of the Body

On January 17, 2020, the Parkland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by a grim discovery. Around 2:30 p.m., sanitation workers performing their routine duties stumbled upon the lifeless body of a man in an alley near Hale Avenue.
