A Routine Release Turns Into a Mystery

On January 10, 2020, 22-year-old Patricia Lucille Jordan was released from Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia. This routine release marked the last confirmed sighting of her. Patricia, described as 5 feet tall and weighing 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a green tank top and black and white leggings. Her sudden disappearance has since become a perplexing case for both her family and law enforcement. 

Familiar Places, Unfamiliar Silence

Patricia's last known address was on Rice Street in Atlanta, and she was known to frequent areas in Fairburn, Georgia. Despite searches and public appeals, there have been no confirmed sightings or communications from her since her release. The absence of leads has left her family and the community in a state of distress and uncertainty. 

Both cases involve individuals with mental health challenges released without adequate support, leading to tragic outcomes. These similarities have sparked discussions about the protocols surrounding the release of vulnerable individuals from detention facilities. ...Read More
